Who am I?
With over a decade of experience in the Early Years Sector, my journey with Kido started back in 2021, when I joined as a Nursery Manager to support a brand new nursery launch.
Having helped build the nursery and staff team from the ground up, I quickly realised I had a passion for meeting new people, hearing about their career journeys and recognising their potential. After many enjoyable years managing, I moved into Recruitment to challenge myself further and have the opportunity to play a different role within Kido...
Working as a Talent Partner allows me to network with great candidates, offer careers advice from my own personal experience and be part of many success stories within the business!
